Skye Building Guidelines

Skye Valley has been master planned to create a highly appealing and desirable place in which to live.

Building Guidelines and Covenants have been prepared by Peet Limited, which reflect the rural feel of the area, to assist purchasers in designing their homes to a high standard – maximising the value of their investment and enhancing the quality of the estate as a whole.

Homebuyers are required to submit their house plans to Peet Limited for approval before starting home construction.
